Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lamb loin chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup of orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions
- Place lamb on an oiled broiler rack
- Broil for 6 to 7 minutes on one side
- Season with sale and pepper (as needed), then turn over
- Broil on the other side for approximately 5 minutes (or until desired doneness)
- Season the second side with salt and pepper
- Combined the marmalade and lemon juice and then spread over the lamb chops
- Broil further for approximately 2 more minutes
- Remove and serve!
